Sadat Hossain Saddat Hossain is a young Bangladeshi writer who began his career in photography before expanding into filmmaking and authorship. His novels have been bestsellers at the Ekushey Book Fair in recent years. In 2016, he won the Best Filmmaker award for his short film "The Shoes" at the Short Film Festival organized by the Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy. vement for his outstanding creation of the short film "Bodh" and the book "Janalar Opashe," and was recognized as one of the "Ten Outstanding Young Personalities in Bangladesh" in 2013. Additionally, he won the SBSP-RP Foundation Literary Award in 2018.

He has written around ten books, including poetry and photography collections, most of which explore themes related to life, human relationships, emotions, passion, and contemporary social patterns.

Born and raised in the village of Kayaria in the Madaripur district, Hossain completed his education at S.P.S High School and DK Ideal Syed Atahar Ali Academy & College in Dashar, Kalkini, Madaripur. He then pursued a degree in Anthropology at Jahangirnagar University. In 2017, he married Nusrat, a physician from Dhaka.

Hossain's notable novels include "Arshinagar" (2015), "Andarmohol" (2016), "Manobjonom" (2017), and "Nisshongo Nokkhotro" (2018), all of which were featured at the Ekushey Book Fair.

He began his career in various non-government organizations before leaving his corporate job to focus on writing. He is also the founder of the ASH Production House, which produces a variety of visual content, including short films, dramas, music videos, and documentaries. Notable works from ASH Production include the short films "Bodh" and "The Shoes," as well as a documentary on singer Syed Abdul Hadi.

In addition to his writing and filmmaking pursuits, Hossain is known as a public speaker. He delivers speeches, conducts workshops, and hosts a television program across various government and non-government organizations, and educational institutions.
